Yes — selling sealed, unexpired over-the-counter diabetic supplies (like test strips, lancets, and CGM sensors) is legal in Illinois. These are OTC products you legally own. We are a licensed secondary goods buyer. The one exception: supplies with your name printed on the label (typically Medicaid/Medicare-billed items) are not eligible. If your box only shows the brand name and no personal name, you’re good to go.

Supplies billed directly to Medicare or Medicaid and labeled with your name are not eligible to resell — federal law prohibits their resale. However, if you purchased supplies out-of-pocket or through private insurance and they don’t have your name on the label, they are eligible. When in doubt, send us a photo and we’ll let you know right away.

Supplies must be sealed in the original manufacturer packaging with at least 6 months remaining until the expiration date. We generally accept both opened outer boxes (with sealed inner foil pouches intact) and fully sealed boxes. No prescription labels with your name — only manufacturer labeling. Send us a photo for the fastest quote.

For local pickup in the Chicago metro area — same-day payment at the time of pickup. For mail-in orders — payment sent within 24 hours of receiving your package. We pay via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check — your choice.

Nope. For local sellers, we come to you — your home, workplace, or a nearby public spot like a parking lot or library. If you prefer to mail your supplies, we send you a free prepaid mailer. You just drop it at any USPS location. Either way, it’s completely free for you.

For local pickup, we ask for at least $30 in supplies (roughly 1–2 boxes of test strips or 1 CGM sensor). For mail-in, at least $50 in supplies makes the shipping worth it for both sides. Not sure if you qualify? Send us a photo — we’ll always let you know honestly.
